3.2.1.3 Multiple new appointment By clicking on "New dual appointment" opens the following box: {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/3.2.1.3 crm - agenda - barra laterale - nuova riunione00.PNG"/>}} By filling in the various fields you can create a new dual appointment that will subsequently be viewable in all affected users calendar. First insert the date of the appointment in the field "(dd/MM/yyyy) day" (start date), or directly by filling the field by typing it (dd = day 2 digits; MM = month 2 digits; yyyy = year 4-digit, e.g. 01 01 2009), or by clicking on the icon {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/seldate.PNG"/>}}: {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/calendario.PNG"/>}} So you can select the date from the calendar, clicking on the desired day directly.
